Canon S3 1S power shot problem?
How I can have a first end of some petals, while the background blurred? I tried to configure it to portrait mode, but the image hardly anything in and out of focus, and when I put my finger on the button to instantly take the picture becomes blurred. I appreciate your comments but does not answer my question. I would like some information from an experienced photographer so you get better at my pictures with new camera, instead of just reading an impersonal narrative is useful, but confusing.
I guess I have not even opened the manual once, right? You just use the term "extreme close "and the portrait mode in the same breath …… do you see the track there? Your camera has a wonderful Super Macro mode, however, is expected to focus on portrait mode? Read the manual, it's there for a reason. If it does, download an electronic version of it, all the major manufacturers allow you to do that. Everyone has to read the manual several times. Read once, then take some pictures. Read it again, and practice what you learned. Read it again, you will understand much more this time, then go experiment.
