I have stiff neck and shoulders. How to relieve stiffness?
I have stiff neck and shoulders. Any recommedations to relieve stiffness? I heard about the use of magnetic Braclets or necklaces. How effective are they?
It does relieve the pain and stiffness "magically". Torticollis I have also tried myself and it works. Some people say using magnets are just silly, but it's a job just for them has not yet because of the way they are using it wrong, or maybe the magnets are simply not strong enough. Personally I'm using magnets for health, had already bought several of them. The reason is simply because I know it works for me. His fashion too!
